Constructed from a toughened Amplest plastic, these watertight sockets feature an easy open and closing hinged lid providing protection for the sockets inner contact apertures when not in use. A tight rubber seal on the inner lid and a secure bayonet locking ring system ensures a waterproof seal. A rugged cable gland at the rear with integrated strain relief provides extra protection and prevents cable kinking.
